Aaron leads origination and evaluation of investment opportunities across both corporate and project-level initiatives. Aaron works closely with founders and developers, venture investors, strategic partners, and the NIC’s investment team through origination, diligence, execution, and ongoing portfolio management activities.

Aaron brings over two decades of experience developing and investing at the intersection of advanced technologies and infrastructure scaling. He was the first Developer in Residence at Generate Capital, and later served as Managing Director and Head of Origination at Ultra Capital. As a developer, he led projects spanning carbon capture and utilization, hydrogen, waste upcycling, and sustainable protein. Throughout this period, he was a Venture Partner with Vectr Ventures, an early-stage venture platform based in Hong Kong. Most recently, he served on the investment team at Kingston Infrastructure Partners.
