Court previously served as a Senior Vice President of Project Delivery at Plenary Americas. Court led the Project Delivery group for Western Canada which was responsible for the Project from Commercial Close through construction and operations. Court led a small team and remained on each of the project boards as a director and point of escalation for all issues in both phases of the Project.

Court served in the pre-development phase as the Technical Bid Director working alongside now NIC colleagues Matt and Devin and would develop the technical solution, negotiate the Design-Build Agreement and Services Contract, and manage the design team and design builder.
