Michelle is an experienced financial and operational executive focused on helping high growth companies scale. She previously served as Group Head, Finance, at Plenary Group Americas, scaling the company's operations, developing standardized reporting to investors as the company expanded across Canada and the US.

She is the previous CFO at Native Shoes and Rove Concepts, two multi jurisdictional CPG brands that experienced explosive growth, overseeing and building out financial and accounting, sales operations, production, warehousing, logistics and IT teams.

She has a broad range of experience across multiple industries, including CPG, real estate, infrastructure finance, private education and manufacturing.
